I would be lying if I said that I don't wonder
If you think about me too.  That I don't miss how
Your arms felt around me when we would lay next
To each other, fitting so perfectly together

That I don't wish I could still talk with you
When I'm upset or when something exciting happens

That I don't miss sharing part of life with you

That I don't think about why I wasn't good enough
That I don't miss laying together talking and laughing
For hours without getting bored.  That the way your eyes
Lit up when you smiled at me was not adorable

That I was not unbelievably happy with you
Kissing you was not overwhelmingly breathtaking
The feel of your hand in mine was not natural
That being held by you did not make me instantly feel safe

I would be lying if I said I didn't miss being yours
